Booking Information: When you make a booking, we collect details such as the service type, date, time, and any preferences you specify.
Business Information: If you register as a business, we collect your business name, category, owner name, phone, email, address, description, Instagram handle, gender preference, and opening hours.
Device & Usage Data: We may collect device type, operating system, app version, and usage patterns to improve our service.
Location Data: With your permission, we may collect location data to show nearby businesses and services.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: create and manage your account; process bookings and send confirmations via WhatsApp; connect you with businesses and service providers; improve the Platform and develop new features; send important updates about your bookings or account; prevent fraud and ensure security.
4. Information Sharing
We share your information with: Service providers you book with (name, phone, booking details) so they can fulfill your booking; WhatsApp for booking confirmations and OTP verification. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure Firebase authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking history is retained for up to 2 years for reference and dispute resolution. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent for data processing; export your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, use the in-app Help & Support feature or your account settings.
8. Cookies & Tracking
Our website may use minimal cookies for essential functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics data is collected in aggregate form only.
9. Children's Privacy
1Stop is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
